IE Login Error fixed!

The recent problems with the login has been fixed on Internet Explorer. A backup system is now in place for any browser that does not support our current method of logging users into the eWishes site.

Friends Search Is Back

After having to take down the "Friends Search" option on the sidebar due to some unforseen errors being produced, we are pleased to announced that all the kinks have been fixed and you can now, again, search eWishes for your friends that may already have a list to share with you. 

Translations were also completed for this section. 

Friends Search: offline

Due to problems with the "Friends Search" option of eWishes. We had to disable the search function.

We are working hard on getting the search back online as soon as possible.

Custom Calendar Event - Coming Soon

We are pleased to announce that we are woking on custom events for the calendar. This new function will allow you to share and view more then just birthdays on the calendar!

Do you have any ideas for the Custom Calendar Events function? Let us know but leaving a comment below.

Gifts Exchange

We are currently working on a new module for eWishes in order to allow our users to create personal gift exchanges. For this new feature we would like to hear from you, our community, what kind of features and functionality you have in mind when you think of creating a gift exchange.

Unfortunately, we can't promise that every idea and recommendation will be used in our new module but we will consider every idea that you give us.

Remember no idea is too big, too small, too 'out of this world'.... So please leave us your ideas below in the comments of our news. Thanks again for making eWishes that much better.

New Layout - Wishes

Yes, it's true. The wishlist layout has changed. It makes the pages a little easier to navigate making them shorter and having the wish groups and wish name pop out to make them easier to find, sort and select the wish you want to give your friend.

We are simply trying to find an easier, friendly way to display all of the wish information we have for you and your friends. We appreciate all the feedback we are receiving and are continually improving the performance and functionality of eWishes.

This is only a single layout change but more improvements are on the way.

No big problems!

We are happy to say that launching the new eWishes during one of the busiest times of the year didn't not cause any major problems. There were a few things here and there that needed to be addressed but overall a major success.

We are also pleased by the large number of positive feedback we received and that the new layout and modifications to the site proved to be simple enough that even during the hectic holiday season everyone seems to have found there way around with ease.

Thank you for all your suggestions and comments and be sure that new features will be made available soon.

The new eWishes

Welcome to eWishes... The new site is currently in the beta testing state. I would like to thank you for using eWishes and hope that the new version of the site will provide an easier navigation and even better wishes to get from your friends

In the coming weeks, new functionality will be added to the websites, so keep your eyes peeled for them.

After over a year of planning, design, programming and development, I'm proud to finally reveal to all of you, the face of eWishes!

The site maintenant is to ensure a proper transitiion to the new platform of ewishes coming december 1st, 2011.
